A NEW CHALLENGE FOR CBRE: CITTA' SANT'ANGELO VILLAGE

CBRE Italy has been in charge of the management and letting of the outlet "Citta Sant'Angelo Village" based in the homonymous town in the province of Pescara, officially recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The advice of CBRE will be developed in different stages, through a synergistic approach between letting and property management activities. Since January 2012, the CBRE team started the analysis of the situation and the definition of the strategy to be adopted on the project. The first step of intervention will concentrate on upgrading and consolidation of the results of the outlet which at the moment has a total of 89 units. In the second phase, as concern the letting activities, the work of CBRE will be spent planning and implementing the letting strategy for the extension which will enlarge the project from the current 89 stores to 145 units.
